Responsible for every aspect of operating and growing a 3-store group of NAPA Auto Parts stores.

Lead and worked closely with a team of 4 Territory Sales Managers to create and optimize sales promotions to 63 independently owned NAPA Auto Parts stores.

As Territory Sales I worked very closely with an independent owner of 18 stores to build their sales and help internally wherever possible. Produced and facilitated many large meetings. As Wholesale Manager, I was responsible for all major accounts and the NAPA Auto Care program for 63 stores.

I started my career with NAPA as a parts delivery driver. I quickly was promoted to a parts professional. I was then promoted to Assistant Manager and then to Manager. I switched roles to Outside Sales Person and then finally as a consultant.
