-Develop project execution plans and detailed drawings for excavation,stream diversions, de-watering, etc.-Develop construction project schedules-Assist in the development of pay applications and invoicing to clients-Develop submittals and requests for information from project ownersand representatives-Manage quality control and quality assurance including plan writingand document control-Document field reports and timecards for specific projects-Provide field level management and have stepped in as a foremanwhen necessary-Assist in purchasing and vendor / subcontractor management-Develop estimates and proposals for future work

-Manage a crew that constructed and disassembled green houses, oftentaking overnight trips to different areas in Colorado.-Coordinate with store managers on specific needs for greenhouseplacement and layout to best suit their needs.-Supply flowers to the greenhouses and coordinate with floral managersfor individual store needs.-Operate a skid steer and tele-boom to load and unload trucks withgreen house parts.

-General labor support for a variety of projects including but notlimited to concrete, framing, electric, plumbing, utility lines, fencingand steel building construction.-Operate a backhoe to remove snow, grade for foundation pours,excavate a retention pond and water ways to it, dig trenches to gradeto install utility lines and culvert, and spread gravel for RV spots.-Manage the front office by taking reservations, taking and loggingpayment information, interfacing with customers on their storageneeds.
