While in this role, I helped coordinate logistics for two of the biggest Miami Dolphins Foundation events: Fins Weekend and the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, which is the largest fundraiser in the NFL. I worked the three-day Fins Weekend event in Key Biscayne, coordinating check-in times for players and sponsors, in addition to assisting with operations at each event site. At the end of the summer, I gave a revenue proposal presentation to Miami Dolphins senior leadership and staff. A key component of my internship was running a six week community service program, Community Service Academy, for 40 high school students at different locations throughout South Florida.

I assisted in the planning and execution of promotional giveaways and contests at over 40 different sporting events. Responsibilities included interaction with fans and helping with operational tasks throughout each event including pre-game, in-game, and post-game. I selected contestants and participants for halftime contests and game break promotions. Each sporting event presented new tasks and responsibilities. Through working with a team with such professionalism, I developed strong communication and time management skills.

At each annual Camp Katina Cartwheels to Character event, I assisted founder Katina Taylor in preparation and operational tasks. Putting together goodie bags and working with Publix catering, I worked in the preparation. At Dwyane Wade's BasketbalI Cheer and Dance Camp I took photos and videos for social media purposes. With over 60 young girls involved in each cheer and gymnastics camp, I helped with the check-in process for each participant.
