I have always been passionate about working with and helping people, whether that be in my current retail store management role, in my few years of teaching pilates fitness classes, and my previous experience working in a busy cafe. I get the most joy out of helping people and making a difference in their day. My years of customer service experience have taught me many skills, I have learnt time management skills, team building including hiring and training, customer service and resolution, tracking and reporting KPIs. I believe I am capable of working independently but most importantly I have the ability to work collaboratively with others. I also am passionate about health and wellbeing which has led me to my current Bachelor degree of Clinical Exercise Physiology. I am in my second year of study, and am looking forward to where this degree can take me. I am very interested in women's health and hope to pursue this path when it comes time to graduate.

  True Alliance are one of the largest retailers and distributers of premium fashion brands across Australia and New Zealand. In my almost 10 years with the business I have had the privilege to manage four of their stores on the Gold Coast across three brands, Speedo, Ben Sherman and finally landing in Lacoste where I have managed the Harbour Town Gold Coast store for five years. Customer service, inventory management, team building and management, KPI tracking are all just a few of the many skills I have learnt in my time with True Alliance.
