I was the project manager for the Georgia Museum of Art's quarterly publication, "Facet," and was in charge of producing a weekly blog post on the museum website. I assisted in copyediting all catalogues and publications that the museum produced, and I was in charge of all wholesale ordering at the museum. I planned, organized, and executed an interactive, sold-out event at the museum called "Art Heist at the Museum." Additional duties included helping promote the museum at events (both on- and offsite) and working with publications interns.

My main responsibilities as the Email Marketing Assistant were to schedule, design, and deploy all email advertisements for the college division. I also project managed 14 book teams in the development of web and email campaigns and design marketing collateral for use by the traveling salesforce.

As a graduate assistant at the Pace University Press, I worked with many different aspects of publishing. Some of my responsibilities included editing academic journal manuscripts for stylistic and grammatical inconsistencies, typesetting titles in InDesign according to the journal stylesheets, generating metadata for each titles, and marketing the journals to relevant groups and individuals. In addition to these responsibilities, I recently helped with a redesign and launch of the new Pace UP website, and started a social media marketing initiative to help reach new readers for our journals and books.

My job was to coordinate 12 student worker schedules to create a weekly work calendar, while also acting as a primary point of contact for faculty and staff across campus needing support. I also assisted in the creation of a virtual tour of the main student center at UGA while using necessary software skills, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Finally, I performed administrative duties (answering calls, filing, copying, etc.) in a traditional office setting.

As an intern, my responsibilities included promoting upcoming events at a small, independent bookstore to local media outlets, as well as working at those events. I also helped with social media management, website updates, shelf talkers, and various in-store tasks. After my internship period had ended, I was hired on as a bookseller where I took on additional responsibilities including personal selling, handling money, and running the shop while on shift.
