Rejoined the Willow team in 2021 to lead product management of the non-pump consumer products portfolio. Responsible for developing + launching 12 products (50+ SKUs) online & 5 SKUs in full chain at Target in 2024.Moved to full company product manager in September 2023, managing multiple pump product (sustaining and innovation) roadmaps, as well as continuing innovation on the non-pump portfolio.

Rocean is a consumer product company with a mission to reduce the use of single use plastic water bottles through development of water filtration systems for consumers & hospitality.Responsibilities Include: - Led development from industrial design through initial production manufacturing of the Reservoir- Own communications with design contractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical & industrial design- Define product roadmap, pricing & COGs, and create product requirement documents- Maintain product schedule, quality, and cost - Create RFQ/Ps for manufacturing and sourcing of entire products or components - Conduct market research to drive product pricing and forecast- Organize and complete regulatory testing and certifications

Managed four development product lines and a $8MM/ year sustaining product line. Of the four development lines, two of them were new product fields for Globus. As the product manager I navigated through new markets and processes to drive development.

As an early employee, I helped lead the Willow pump product through early development to launch in January 2018. As an engineer on a consumer IOT device, I interfaced regularly with firmware/software engineers, manufacturing/ supply chain, clinical, quality, and regulatory. Through my extensive interactions with customers in clinical trials & user testing, I became the voice of the customer expert to drive engineering, design, and roadmap decisions.
