In my position as a MIT, my role primarily consists of:- Assisting guests with the lodging and golf check-in- Ensuring proper payment is billed to guests and paid- Creating daily Google Docs sheets that provide information about the guests staying on the property- Resolving any guest issue, complaint, or question- Overseeing daily golf shop attendants- Maintaining a clean and organized golf shop- Providing guests a tour of the property on arrival- Assisting guests on the Kettle Loop by providing them with drinks and picking them up when they finish- Helping with the online store and fulfilling orders and assisting in exchanges

As a bartender, I am responsible for:- Opening/closing the bar solo - Assisting customers with the set up of our simulators and providing instruction on how it works- Fixing and problems that arise on the simulator and offering support to guests- Serving food and drinks to customers - Ensuring a clean facility

As a server, my duties include:- Welcoming guests into the restaurant and familiarizing them with our restaurant- Ensuring proper orders are taken and guests are satisfied with their drinks/meal- Maintaining a clean restaurant throughout my shift- Suggesting recommendations for the guests based on their preferences - Managing customer issues or complaints in a professional manner- Upselling guests when appropriate

In this role, I have helped out with a wide range of projects for the company. This included:- Set up the new reservation system and trained staff on how to use it- Assisted in holiday events regarding set-up, seating layout, and sales forecast - Running a cost segregation worksheet for the company- Managing the daily reports, sales reports, and event reports- Organized gift bags for large corporate gifts- Managed the holiday bonus gift cards and ran the reports, adjusting the balances, and sending out the gift cards to customers

As a hostess my duties included of:- Greeting guests as they came through the door and figuring out how I could assist them- Managed the seating arrangements, assigning tables to different servers, and guiding guests to their table- Organized the reservations to maximize potential walk-ins- Cleared and cleaned tables when needed

As the Retail Management Intern, I assisted the Buyer & Merchandiser and the Director of Hospitality. My duties consisted of:- Promoting daily golf shop sales- Monitoring, tracking, and maintaining exchanges/returns to customers via the phone or mail- Assisting in processing all online orders and assisting employees with uniform orders- Keeping the shop in a neat and organized manner daily- Assisting with monthly inventory- Creating weekly displays and changing product placement in the shop- Provide ongoing training to staff on merchandise changes- Assist with Corporate outing merchandise sales - Developing corporate merchandise ideas and programs- Reorganizing and maintaining a functional storage room to help hourly staff
