After six years of developing Pack Creek Capital and TPAC Capital, I am honored and excited to be elected as CEO of TPAC Capital. TPAC's mission is to create a cooperative like membership for commodity hedging where clients share in revenue, decision making, and ownership. I look forward to working with our incredible team and clients to bring this vision forward.

TPAC is a newly founded company offering structured products for institutional clients. My work focuses on marketing, sales, and building this business with our strategic partners.

At Pack Creek Capital I work in sales, trading and marketing efforts for both the commercial hedging solutions of our business and the CTA we operate with over $50M in AUM. On the commercial side, we trade OTC structured products and managed accounts for agricultural grain and softs producers globally. Our CTA is focused on agricultural options strategies for QEP qualified investors.

At Macquarie Securities Group I worked as an institutional sales trader covering West Coast and European financial institutions. I focused on high touch sales coverage and technical analysis to present quality, in-depth information on the markets. I ensured my clients' anonymity with sensitive information and work to be an extension of their trading desk.

At JonesTrading I worked with financial institutions globally to execute stock when liquidity is often a challenge. We focused on more difficult trading situations by tapping into our network of over 1500 institutions to trade stock between two natural parties. At a time when the market transparency is escaping investors, we look to bring liquidity and transparency to each client in equity they care about. My clients utilize different trading strategies and ranged from South Africa, London and US.

I was assigned to produce Product Risk Disclosure Documents for all instruments traded on the OTC desk to comply with the Dodd-Frank Reform Act. I worked with the head traders and compliance department to compile market scenario examples and transparent information for regulators and future clients. I also assisted with the company’s education department on Dodd-Frank implementation classes.

I undertook a marketing project for the department’s asset management programs in global commodity markets. I researched and contacted institutional investors to increase assets under management. I also assisted with the sales department to better understand our clientele relations in order to apply this to my market research. In addition I completed firm’s proprietary option theory classes and assisted with daily trading.

I partook in daily tasks of communicating with publications about current the collection. A daily task was to organize press books for daily meetings for Anya's meetings. I regularly assisted the marketing department by brainstorming event ideas and promotions in different locations.I assisted with preparations during London Fashion Week 2010.
