Duties include, but not limited to: ● Coordinate the activities of four assigned marketing sales representatives for my region. ● Set and communicate goals and objectives to the sales representatives and ensure they are understood and being executed. ● Provide coaching and evaluation on a weekly basis to the sales representative. ● Ensure that each sales representative is meeting sales goals and assisting them in areas where needed. ● Creating and maintaining project management spreadsheets. ● Communicate promptly and clearly via email and phone.

Duties include, but not limited to:● Solely responsible for visiting 120 lottery retailers in the assigned territory on a ten-day route. ● Ensure each retailer has adequate and up to date signage to market the lottery brand, securing the best product placement, and informing the retailer about new or upcoming games and promotions. ● Meet sales goals and project deadlines and work with retailers on increasing sales.● Closing accounts and recruiting and setting up new lottery accounts. ● Communicate promptly and clearly via email and phone.
