Led the development and implementation of a new Process Framework, revolutionizing process ownership models, process development and documentation organization within the shipyard, significantly increasing process maturity. Led cross-functional SIPOC (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers) workshops within the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) program, applying project management methodologies to develop comprehensive process maps and supporting documentation for lean, efficient, and auditable processes. Developed and implemented a performance indicator framework integrated with core business processes, fostering a data-driven and performance-oriented culture. Championed a Lean Six Sigma initiative for the Test and Trials team, optimizing process documentation and streamlining workflows. This pilot project resulted in user-friendly process maps and supporting documentation, replacing outdated procedures, reducing document volume, and fostering a stronger process culture.
