Responsibilities encompass the overall recruitment of contract to hire and permanent personnel, from initial screening of candidates to final confirmation of hire, for placement into various Healthcare & Engineering professions.Duties include:• Utilize internal database, job boards, and social media to identify potential candidates• Create enticing job postings in order to find top talent for various positions• Develop creating sourcing strategies in order to find and attract potential candidates• Attend job fairs, networking events as well as professional events• Screen potential candidates to ensure they meet position requirements• Conduct personal interviews, skills testing, reference checks, and background investigations• Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms to include rate, length, benefit options, etc.• Complete new hire paperwork and document the new hire in Aerotek’s personal management system• Assist in preparing/coaching resumes with candidates for clients• Build relationships with contract employees through the duration of their contracts as well as after• Manage and supervise current contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement employees• Create weekly reports of metrics and goals in order to help with accountability• Provide leads and set meetings for potential client business

Contributed to $1,500 in store sales per shift that exceed corporate expectations for daily goals; placed in top 10% of individual associate salesCoordinate inventory arrangements by means of floor sets, window changes, visual representations, and signage placement as outlined by seasonal marketing strategies Assist with monthly, after-hours projects including, but not limited to, mark downs, re-tickets, and out of stock.
