  • Trusted Advisor to Hiring Leaders by building strong and effective relationships and understanding their staffing needs.• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring leaders to ensure alignment on the position, candidate profile, as well as establishing clarity on roles and responsibilities.• Identify key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, develop and share recruitment sourcing strategy, and set expectations around the recruiting process and timeline.• Conduct behavioral based interviews using behavioral-based competency talent selection methods.• Sourcing knowledge of Linkedin, iCIMS, and HireEZ.• Acting as an advisor to leadership regarding external market trends and internal metrics.• Acting as an ongoing candidate relationship manager by providing data-driven recruiting related advice to hiring leaders and influence talent decisions.• Providing Talent Advisor support to specific assigned areas of the hospital including but not limited to Med Surg RNs, Stepdown Intermediate Care RNS, and Nursing Support• Present offer to internal and external candidates.
