Overseeing on-site operations, resolving disputes, troubleshooting, and training employees. I also maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the auction upload process, the website, our internal data storage system, information security protocols, and training manuals.I work with the Municipal Impound Lot staff to manage operations and resolve problems.

As President, I am authorized to take action on Church business, including acquiring any property or rights deemed necessary for Church activities, managing those properties or rights, and handling the borrowing of money and making of grants or loans for/by the Church.At Broadway, the members of the congregation hold authority and all decisions are made through consensus. Generally, we would come up with a plan or an objective together and say "Okay, Taylor, go handle it." I would then handle communications and manage various situations with property and insurance, including reviewing and signing contracts on behalf of the church.

Framing, demo, trim, remodeling.

I began working as a laborer for a framing crew in summer '13.Given the amount of time and experience I now have, I measure, cut, and nail with reasonable speed and accuracy, and am capable of assembling all components of the house frame - joists, subfloor, interior and exterior walls, rafters, and plywood on the roof.

My duties after the company's transition to DST were much the same, but broader. My primary duty was as a shipper, scanning packages, ensuring that the address and shipment data were correct, stacking the packages on palettes and putting those palettes on trucks.In addition, I assisted in nearly every other phase of the fulfillment process: I would be given order tickets and fulfill the orders, pack up the orders into appropriate boxes, work on special projects that came in, shrink wrap orders as needed, and a few times I performed the quality checking that every order passes through before being packed.

Order-picking and shipping.Our company's assets were purchased by DST Output in fall '10.

In my time at the store, I learned the registers, order-taking, cooking, closing the restaurant, and stepped in to help unload the supply truck a couple times.I was especially proud of my ability to satisfy customers unhappy with their experience; I could provide true and reasonable explanations of problems in a polite way. Occasionally I'd have to get the manager, but often I found agreeable resolutions to incorrect orders and unacceptable food quality.
