Throughout my career (and life), I've had many opportunities to master this skill. I realized early on that my dream of winning "The Voice" was a long shot, so I made the command decision to put this agility into action and pursue other passions of mine: learning and development.As a training leader and instructional designer, I've developed learning solutions to equip learners with skills needed to provide each customer with an experience second to none. I've worked collaboratively with subject matter experts and technical writers to effectively translate technical procedures into easy to understand meaningful training materials- resulting in a more streamlined and effective training process. I can multi-task in high-pressure environments and possess a passion for customer service! When I am not leading an operation, training the best of the best, or designing cutting edge educational tools, I can be found buried in a book, singing, or spending time with family.
