Administrative Assistant
Current• Performs general clerical duties to include, but not limited to the use of computers, photocopying, faxing, mailing, electronic filing, pdf conversions, etc.• Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office• Maintains electronic filing system• Draft, review and sends communications on behalf of the Development team• Interacts regularly with members of the Development team, program managers, volunteers, and clients • Update and organize spreadsheets to streamline turnaround rate for client services• Assist and prepare materials for client events, ie flyers, sign in sheets, save the dates• Maintains various records and documents for the Development team
