A career in investment banking operations began in Australia with a small stock broking firm. With a move to London a successful career in International Corporate Actions followed. A return to university in 2002 led to a Diploma of Psychology and a Masters In Organisational Psychology. Ten years consulting on investment bank projects followed, most recently designing and implementing training and development programs in Birmingham and India. With a strong back ground in corporate actions and collaborating with key stakeholders I designed, delivered and project managed unique training interventions aimed to rapidly expand subject matter expertise, improve processing capacity and encourage independent problem solving. Bias was on training utility and transference to the workplace.Training and development experience covers writing training manuals and assessing adult learners, working with external training providers to tailor programs to meet business needs, evaluating and modifying existing programs. Programs delivered include Asset Services Foundation, Induction Training, Cross-Cultural Training, Understanding Stress, Train the Trainer and Corporate Actions.Substantial banking experience includes international corporate actions, reconciliations, stock lending and settlements, gathering user requirements, writing test scripts and systems testing.I hold Certificate IV in Training and Development and a Certificate in Coaching
