I have played hockey for over 20 years and now, as a coach, I enjoy training the next generation of players.Within my team, each player brings a unique combination of skills, motivation, and experience. I take a strengths-based coaching approach and recognize that a one-size-fits-all method doesn't work. Instead, I get to know my players and find unique ways to motivate each one. As much as I want my players to succeed in hockey, I focus on building their character and instilling positive personal qualities such as accountability and respect.
