• Account roster: AT&T, Reckitt Benckiser, Colgate-Palmolive, Clorox, Unilever, and others.
• Serve as the client’s primary contact: touch base on weekly status calls to align platform activations with the client’smarketing objectives and ensure the program is on track to meet KPI’s.
• Train self-serve clients on the Crowdtap platform and best practices.
• Manage all fulfillment logistics for samplings and offline events.
• Partner with our influencer team to hire high-reach influencers that best match the client’s program objectives. Serve as aliaison between the client and influencers to deliver content and assure it meets the brand’s.
• Analyze program results to provide recommendations and drive renewals. Deliver monthly, mid-program, and final recapreports.

Greater New York City Area

• Responsible for direct response account maintenance for the Military Channel.
• Coordinate with the National Sales team and traffic department in all areas of schedule management to ensure all available inventory is filled.
• Interpret inventory reports to monitor scheduled commercial spots.
• Provide advertising agencies with continued support by maintaining consistent dialogue with agency clientele in regards to account maintenance (moves, brand changes, separation requirements, ect).
• Work closely with the Account Executive to see that all areas are handled.

• Create multiple content calendars to cater to the different needs of Likeable Local clients.
• Schedule meetings to educate clients on the best social media practices and demonstrate how the Likeable Local platform can help their business maximize its reach.
• Administer Facebook ad campaigns for all Likeable Local clients; analyze results and create internal reports to track progress.
• Provide customer support via phone, e-mail, and live chat.
