- Support operation related activities at the Kallang Water Sports Centre/ MacRitchie Reservoir - Facilitate in event management for all Singapore Canoe Federation events, such as annual national championships. - Facility Management and coordination with vendors/suppliers for goods and services where required for events or daily business activities in terms of equipment and facility maintenance.- Ground and water operation activities at venue or outlet where required to support the operation on daily business or during events.- Support canoeing activities organised/supported by the Singapore Canoe Federation.- Other duties as required by operations of Singapore Canoe Federation.

As a flight coordinator, I handle passengers and crew for both arriving and departing flights. Additionally, I work alongside other airport staff to arrange for bookings, transportation, and ensure that their immigration details and permits are correct for a smooth and seamless process at Seletar Airport.During my internship, I was able to familiarise myself with ICA's APS system and manage bookings to create the necessary GenDec for our customers (passengers & crew). At the same time, I engaged myself with ramp activities to not only gain expertise, but to also create trust and understanding with ground staff working in the airside.
