At Nobu Hotel I coordinated across departments to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation as well as proper execution of special events. My aim was to proactively ascertain incoming patrons needs and deliver a top quality experience.

I helped facilitate all manner of hotel services to internal and external customers for all Caesars Entertainment properties in Las Vegas. Ensuring that guests and patrons get the highest level of service in a timely and efficient manner was my goal.

My function was to create a welcoming environment for our very special return guests. While doing this I provided solutions for customer concerns, attended to VIP reports, and helped meandering travelers experience and explore the city.

My role as GSA was primarily to provide a pleasant check-in and check-out experience. I also operated a multi-line telephone system, made hotel and restaurant reservations and coordinate on-going hospitality projects.

Brooklyn & Manhattan

As Marketing Lead for the Brooklyn and Manhattan Free Lighting Project I was in charge of developing marketing strategies for a Con-Edison funded energy reduction project. Over three years of meeting and working with property management companies and building owners I helped facilitate a three megawatt reduction from the NYC grid. As Crew Chief I organized team members in the field for professional and succinct plan implementation.
