Develop and scale a successful global partner engagement program. This includes partner marketing programs (PR, events, demand gen, integrated campaigns, enablement) and a global communications program for SI's, Technology Partners and Strategic Alliances. This role included managing high-level digital marketing strategy client accounts, including website development, social media, branding, and promotions for B2C businesses. A critical part of this position was building and maintaining client relationships through consistent communication and finding solutions to problems proactively. I also surveyed past clients for research and development of improvements we could do to lessen churn and improve client satisfaction. Responsible for B2B sales strategy and funnels for lead generation to grow the organization. Implemented marketing campaigns via social media ad campaigns, landing page funnels, and full GTM messaging templates. Responsible for a small group of account managers, planning team meetings, planning (virtual and live) events, and developing standard operating procedures and rules of engagement across the business.

My key responsibilities included planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate team-building to large-scale entertainment and sporting operations, both on-site and off-site, totaling over 150 events per year. This included managing logistics, budgeting, and high-level communication with external vendors and stakeholders. Additionally, I managed a facility membership program which included coordination of member deliverables and planning and executing hospitality days end to end. In this role, I served as the main point of contact for company personnel, press, media, and external stakeholders and managed an event Guest Services/Customer Service team. I improved revenue streams through the facility retail operation and reservations of facility assets. Finally, I maintained the organization's website, including routine maintenance, SEO tactics, and content updates. Overall, the role required strong organizational, leadership, and marketing skills to ensure successful event planning and execution, stakeholder management, and revenue generation.
