My colleagues, peers, clients, family & friends often describe me as a creative, passionate and a driven human being.My passion for understanding complex human behavior at the workplace resulted in me joining a new venture in a management consulting firm. As one of the first employees to join this organization in Saudi Arabia, initially I did not have just one specific job description, but many, and this made my experience quite challenging, diverse, and immensely added to my experience. I was actively involved in developing management and functional teams, brand management, portfolio development, sales, planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.Under my leadership, mindmerge corp., the organization I currently work in, has been transformed into a multi-national organization servicing a diverse clientele with four unique business lines and a global outreach. As the managing director of mindmerge corp., my main goal is to ensure that the organization remains at its highest well-being, and that all of the directors and their business units as well as all the general managers & their functional departments accomplish their strategic corporate goals. I am actively involved in enabling them establish and roll out strategies, secure the necessary resources (human and financial), set the company culture and values, maintain cohesion between all of our business lines and be the face of the organization. As an experienced senior corporate executive with hands on industrial experience I have worked with a wide variety of firms of all shapes, sizes and structures. I collaborate with the executive management teams of these organizations to help them solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve their business performance as well as to disseminate critical information to various groups and functions.I belive that every person has the potential to exponentially enhnce their performance & deliver results provides organizations invest in ther competence, find way to keep them motivated and give them opportunities to practice their skill & learn from their mistakes.
