- Onboarded and deployed Chromebook, Windows, MacOS, and iPadOS devices to both students and staff. - Troubleshoot any issues that students or staff may be having (wifi not working correctly, audio is not outputting, monitor is not working, screenshare is not working, etc.)- Submit repair tickets for any chromebooks that cannot I cannot repair by troubleshooting the device (broken screen, touchpad is broken, hinge is broken, etc.)- Follow the correct procedures to get rid of any old / obsolete technology that the campus may have. - Verify that the asset management systems that we use are up to date with the inventory that staff and students have as well as the inventory that is in storage.

- Took inventory of all the phones we have before and after deploying phones to different departments.- Programed and deployed Cisco IP Phones (7841 and 8851) to different departments (Permits, Police Academy, Police Department, etc.)- Set up and relocated desktop computers to different departments within the city.- Reviewed submitted phishing emails and determined whether they are malicious or not.- Reimaged laptops using the Kace Systems Deployment Appliance.- Assisted in the creation of a phishing campaign to see if employees can successfully identify whether or not an email is phishing. -

I assisted in the creation of rover that was programmed using a raspberry pi using python. The rover was able to go over terrain that was mimicking the moon surface. We did this by placing lava rocks into the designated areas that were supposed to be the moons surface. I created a removable sealant using water and glue (I added more water or glue to change the consistency into one I liked) that would be deployed by the rover over a hole which was 12 inches in diameter.I also researched different LIDAR cameras that would be placed on the rover so that the rover can avoid obstacles in its path. We would also use the LIDAR camera to try and create a 3D map of the course. I also researched different cameras that we could use besides LIDAR that would take pictures of specific minerals. The images of the minerals would be captured by using Machine Learning of once the camera / program recognized the minerals there would be a picture taken of them.Lastly I came up with different drop-down ideas that would help drop the rover down into the course that it would be going through.
