To implement various policies/measures advised by the management to control gas theft. To assist in meeting the targets/KMls issued by OGRA. To carryout routine maintenance and rehabilitation activities. To carryout EVC data downloading/analysis, consumption analysis, monitoring through SCADA/GPRS system. I also worked as a project engineer in which I plan new projects in order to increase the output, for cost saving and to solve equipment & plant failures. Monitor actual spends against AOP on weekly and monthly basis, generate LE and furnish Cause of Change. Responsible to develop PDR (Objectives) and develop capability development plans to engage & uplift employees skill level. Set & Lead site’s Reliability agenda on SMRP Body of Knowledge. Drive and develop the embedding of site RCA & APS. Drive delivery of PEMM and OEE. Integrate FMEA/RCM protocols.Drives plant efficiency improvement and sustainability by identifying and implementingopportunities to reduce unplanned downtime, improve asset utilization, and optimize maintenancecosts. Ensures production processes run smoothly and efficiently while meeting targeted levels ofunplanned and planned downtime, asset utilization, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair, Mean Time To Recovery & Mean Time To Resolve).Develops and manages the maintenance budget and optimizes the inventory of spare parts andconsumables to minimize maintenance costs (per kg). Leads or participates in modification andimprovement projects to achieve operational efficiencies, such as upgrading equipment,implementing new processes, or improving the layout of the plant and improving site’s Water and Energy KPI. Allocates the annual M&I budget to the various plant assets in accordance with the maintenance cycles.

I worked in the Engine Assembly Plant where my job was to ensure a smooth & efficient production of engines for all the vehicles & machineries producing in the factory. 3- & 4-cylinder diesel engine for various horsepower is produced and is used according to the required need. Tractor, Generator, Prime mover, Forklift, Skid-steer loader, and many other vehicles & machineries are producing where the engine is required according to the customer’s requirements. I also ensured the quality of the engine by testing & rectifying it by all the given standards and tolerances before it goes to the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).

I worked in Production Control Department in which I learned to operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) & Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS). I also learned boring, facing, reaming, milling, drilling, tapping, turning, grinding and other machining processes, also different types of vehicles testing and road testing of vehicles.

I worked in different processes of Production Division in which I learned about different types of welding and welding guns, Inventory system, different types of vehicles testing and road testing of vehicles, Pre-Treatment Electro-Deposition (PTED) paint system, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and many other production processes.

I worked in the areas of Operation, Electrical Maintenance & Mechanical Maintenance in which I learned about 3-phase AC induction motor and its fitting, honing of an engine cylinder, cleaning & testing of piston and piston head, changing of engine bearings and many other maintaining processes.It is a MAN Diesel & Turbo Germany 225 MW combined cycle power plant consisting of 11 Residual Furnace Oil (RFO) fired diesel engines, 1 unit of steam impulse turbine, 11 water tube boilers, 2 step-up transformers and 2 step-down transformers.
