Responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of 18 case administrators within the Fitness to Practise Department. The role includes providing guidance on the management and administration of cases. Monitoring the workload of the team, ensuring targets and standards of performance are achieved; ensuring cases are followed in line with the relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

Advising panel members on NMC policy, process and procedures and providing support to the panel in public session. Maintaining extensive knowledge of regulatory laws governing the NMC.
