Some achievements were the following: • Designed and delivered innovative solutions to simplify complex technical challenges, including Vault secrets rotation, Kubernetes encryption (HTTPS and mTLS), and Postgres database integration. • Published and maintained an internal Spring Boot library enabling seamless integration with IBM MQ, along with tooling and patterns for creating Spring Boot services with MQ setup out-of-the-box. • Produced detailed documentation and video tutorials to enhance usability and adoption of internal tooling and frameworks across the organization. • Proactively addressed critical security risks, providing solutions that improved compliance, reduced vulnerabilities, and streamlined processes for teams across BNZ Technology.

As a Technology Graduate, I have rotated between two critical teams within our organization. First, I supported the CI/CD team, gaining proficiency in tools like Jenkins, Docker, Java (Spring Boot), and DevOps practices. I also assisted users with utilising Jenkins and its libraries. In my second rotation with the Containers team, I helped manage and maintain clusters on AKS, EKS, and Openshift using tools such as ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, and Ansible. Alongside that, I actively provided training and support to staff to utilise these new systems. Some key projects I led were the following:- Developed a full-stack web application using Python, Flask and Heroku in order to allow staff to automatically format and prepare quotes that could be bulk imported- Developed a bulk CSV parser using Javascript and Google Apps Script to allow for instantaneous data imports which previously required hours of manual data entry- Developed an invoice parser using Power Automate to allow for emailed bills and invoices to be instantly processed and stored- Implemented and migrated our staff devices to an MDM system using Jamf Now and Apple Business Manager- Migrated vehicle database to a GPS-based fleet management system using Teletrac Navman TN360
