I am a marketing and operations leader with over two decades of property management, branding, and product development experience. The first half of my career included a 12-year tenure at a property management firm where I eventually led the operations of a mixed-asset apartment portfolio achieving 117% growth in two years, from 9,200 to 20,000 units under management, and oversaw an integrated for-sale housing team selling over $315M in condo conversions and townhome developments across FL, GA, and SC. In 2013, I transitioned to the supplier side of the multifamily industry in Senior Marketing Director positions at NCI (Apartment Finder) and CoStar Group (Apartments.com) to lead the marketing team and support the national sales team with product training, enablement, demand gen, and targeted B2B campaigns. In 2018, I co-founded Call Complete and led the marketing and sales effort until its successful acquisition by HappyCo where I recruited and led a multi-disciplined, full-funnel marketing team to drive brand awareness, expand customer acquisition, and successfully launch new software and service solutions to the multifamily market.Since 2016, I've provided consulting and advisory services to technology startups including MapHabit, an assistive technology platform for individuals living with dementia or intellectual disabilities.
