With over ten years of experience in adolescent treatment, Tazim has worked in for profit and non profit residential treatment centers giving her a scope of understanding nationally in both self-pay and insurance market segments. With a team of business development and admission personnel she has worked in ground up strategy allowing her to create a customer experience for families, parents, and referral sources. This experience has led families to feel safe and secure as they place their adolescent into a variety of different treatment centers across the country.With a Masters in Clinical Psychology she has been able to work with treatment centers operationally and clinically allowing them to collaborate with marketing and sales creating synergy and trust among the teams. In working with a variety of different executive teams, Tazim has been able to contribute and provide direction for different growth opportunities and market share. In addition this has allowed her to identify key opportunities for start ups, mergers, and acquisitions.
