• Part of a start up department of Mortgage Intermediaries for TSB.• Onboarded and vetted over 6000 brokers• Set up the fee payment system and payment routes• Building and maintaining relationships with brokers whilst providing excellent customer service• Ensuring the correct procuration fee is paid to brokers, complying with the T&Cs of the Terms of Business contract• Responsible for creating and analysing various reports • Use of SAP, Business Objects, MSP, Excel, SIRA, UFSS and B2B system.• Fully CeMAP qualified

- Responsible for the management of existing mortgages accounts.- Identifying client needs and providing expert advice and service whilst simultaneously exceeding targets- Responsible for processing account changes and producing relevant statements (Redemption, Financial, Notice of Release, CTL, Releasing charge at LR)- Adhering to company and FCA policy and procedures, whilst working within Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines- Application of funds to mortgage accounts, including reconciliation- Calculation of financial changes (For example, Redemption amount, Interest fluctuations, Payments, Early repayment charges and Allowances).
