I have built up a team of 4 to manage and deliver the quarterly prudential COREP regulatory reports and daily/weekly/monthly capital monitoring processes of a UK consumer bank; 2. I took over and built up a team of 3 to manage and deliver the statistical FINREP regulatory return (incl. Balance Sheet, P&L and breakdown tables) for the same UK consumer bank; 3. My latest challenge is the responsibility of Pillar 3 reports for all major legal Citi entities in Unitited Kingdom and Ireland.In general terms,- I am managing the daily work of the above mentioned teams of experts,- ensure controls and compliance;- enhance, optimize and automatize reporting processes;- presenting results to seniors;- participation in projects, change management;- stakeholder management, issue management and escalation to seniors;- coaching colleagues, development plans, goal settings and performance evaluation, hiring.

During the merger of two insurance companies (UNION and Erste Insurance), I was responsible for:- manage the work of the two risk management department;- prepare the smooth transition of Risk Management departments;- fulfil all regulatory requirements of the Supervisor Authority (Magyar Nemzeti Bank - the central bank of Hungary)

Responsibilities included:- operate the risk management system according to legal frameworks (especially financial, investment, insurance, reinsurance and operational risks);- manage and coordinate the measurement and evaluation of risks (which can affect the insurance company);- develop risk databases, risk maps, regulations, supports the implementation of risk management tools and the colleagues of other LOBs;- prepare internal (Board) and external (VIG Group; NCA/MNB) reports;- participate in the SCR calculation;- compliance the risk management with Solvency II requirements;- provide all other tasks in reference with Solvency II.Furthermore I coordinate the SII reporting process to the VIG Insurance Group, manage the Internal Control System (ICS) and the ORSA process as well.Key achievements:- introduction of a new risk directed decision making process- run the regular and even an ad-hoc Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process- successfully evaluate the operational risks of the company,- managing the group reporting process

Responsibilities included:- keeping full-scale, continuous and active contact with the key company partners (in telecommunication, oil and retail sectors, universities, loyalty program);- organise and manage sales projects;- develop new, partner specific (life, health and non-life) insurance products and processes (sales, administrations, costumer services, claims, contract with the partner, settlement of accounts, etc.);- project monitoring (prepare calculations, analyses, presentation for the Board);- sales trainings and presentations;- monitoring products and sales activities of my entrusted partners, reporting tasks, sales statistics.I had opportunity to work with the most significant companies of the telecommunication, oil, retail sectors, and I represented the company in the biggest loyalty program of Hungary as well. I also managed the cooperation between the insurance company, the first medical University in Budapest and further medical institutes to provide health insurance for foreign students. Key achievements:- we wrote the winning application for the strategic insurance partnership tender of Magyar Telekom- I managed alone (during few months) all partners of the department- introduced the uniqe traffic accident insurance product related to Hungarian motorway toll in close cooperation with the OMV

Main tasks:- preparing summaries of studies for the Ministry (e.g. OECD, Hungarian Development Bank);- weekly news summary; background and coaching documents for the Minister;- analyses in the publication of the Department for Economic Policy and Analysis (former Strategy Department) (“Hungarian Economy”);- other ad-hoc analyses (e.g. about the Hungarian economy or about tax systems of the European countries);- keeping contact with partner departments and other organisations.

Main tasks:- program organization and event management (business events, company presentations, KarrierExpo);- program promotion, advertising, marketing (newspaper, poster, billboard, radio, telemarketing);- communication with business clients;- building and managing database.
