Developed elaborate database containers to enable better management of state contract minutia, including project detail such as critical dates, change orders, pay applications, project closeout, etc. Conducted weekly or monthly job conferences on all projects in the field; reviewed all submittals and shop drawings; responded to all construction and contract issues arising from projects under construction.
