- BlackRock Consultant underwriting commercial real estate loans and valuing assets in Agency and securitized CMBS transactions. - Provided consulting services for a specialized construction company and a telecom company specializing in co-location services.

- Renovated and remarketed a 385,000 SF office/telecom building. Renovations totaled $6M including new entry lobby finishes, security station, retail space on main level, security access control system, windows and HVAC. Designed to achieve LEED CI designation in remodeled areas. Added 6000 KVA of base building power capacity (12,000 amps) and two 2 Meg generators (4,800 amps) of standby power for telecom users.

- Directed a 1.2M SF portfolio of office and retail properties. Staff included three property managers, two leasing agents, and a chief building engineer.- Identified a feasible conversion of the Carnegie Building from office to hospitality and selected the firm to market the property. The resulting sale was favorable for the location and market.- Oversight of a semi-private golf course in Hilton Head. Hired the new general manager, established a comprehensive marketing program, and developed and met a tight budget in a competitive environment. - Successfully initiated a business plan to merge the operation with a larger real estate company.
