After a year and three months (important to highlight that 2020 had 6 circuit breakers, a lot of volatility, more than 100% of increase in trades and messages volumes, exponential growth in number of customers etc) being responsible for the electronic trading operations,I was invited to a new challenge: setting up an area responsible for all the B3's trading projects within the electronic trading department.The challenges in this area are enormous, as we need to make the transformation agile within B3, phase the deliveries and speed up the projects.Challenge accepted. Currently, I am responsible for two teams, one of them represents the business area within the Trading SQUADs and the other is responsible for the design of the business solutions, specification and integrated user tests.

Responsible for B3’s electronic trading platforms for Equities, Futures, Derivatives and OTC markets. I currently manage 4 teams:- Equities - responsible for managing the negotiation of stocks, ETFs, BDRs and real estate funds.- Futures - responsible for managing the negotiation of future indices, currencies, interest rates, commodities, among others.- Fixed Income - responsible for managing the negotiation of public and private fixed income assets.- Market Maker and Options - responsible for managing the negotiation of options on equities and futures, and also for monitoring the performance of the market makers.My main responsibilities include:- Ensure the implementation of trading rules (regulation and self-regulation) and international best practices- Meet the operational needs of customers, workingwith the Product teams for improvements in the electronic trading platforms- Ensure the availability, integrity and performance of electronic trading platforms measured by corporate KPIs- Provide support to the customers regarding trading rules and operational issues, with service measured by NPS. - Relationship with regulators (CVM and BACEN) and self-regulator (BSM)- Relationship with local and foreign investors

I'm in charge of 3 teams that run B3 Electronic Trading Support in Production and certification environments. I'm also responsible for the B3 Trading Screens, Pre Trade Risk Tool and PUMA (B3 Trading Platform) interfaces for Order Entry and Market Data.
