As Operating Partner, I had the responsibility of selecting, developing, and leading leaders and team members in order to execute the Operator's vision for the restaurant. I also led the store's High Performance Leadership Team with weekly meetings to ensure operations, marketing, training, and hospitality expectations are being met. I led all facets of operations in the restaurant, to include: payroll, labor scheduling, PnL, recruiting/selection, and operational leadership. I was accountable for creating and implementing growth and sustainability plans for the restaurant. Previously, my primary responsibility was to provide a Drive-Thru experience that is "always quick and accurate, but never rushed". By working directly with my Operator and Chick-fil-A Corporate, I helped innovate and implement new systems in our Drive-Thru in which increased sales in Drive-Thru by nearly 25% during peak hours.
