Responsible for NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) data gathering, analysis and reporting, as well as Road Load Data Acquisition (RLDA), my work includes test planning, instrumentation and execution of tests for both NVH and durability testing.

As the responsible for Quality in association to the Community testing Project, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, I work to ensure that the function delivers the organisational vision for service delivery. Reporting to the Programme Manager, I drive change and continual improvement to ensure the achievement of performance objectives. Promote a culture where the customer is at the heart and I take responsibility for supporting projects to deliver service improvement and cost reduction as part of the Council's Transformation Programme.- Design and improve processes, promoting consistency across test sites- Promote a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen)- Evaluate and analyse project performance and risks- Define root causes for quality issues- Act to address customer complaints and resolve quality issues

Support both the Testing Operations (responsible for supporting and recording tests within testing sites) and the Service Operations (responsible for the management and co-ordination of testing sites).On hand to provide individuals with additional verbal instructions. I ensure the self-administered test is labelled appropriately and has barcodes attached. I set up samples for analysis, following SOP, and recording results onto a managed device.Additional duties include:- Push results for digital upload.- QA another Processing Operative's results analysis.

Working in Jaguar - Land Rover on behalf of Alten UK, leader in Engineering and technology consulting. Working for the base engine NVH team, I am responsible for engine and vehicle testing, data analysis, reporting, and analysis methodologies improvement. I have worked with 4 and 6 cylinder petrol and diesel engines, completing the NVH development for variants of the new in-line 6 cylinder Ingenium engine.

Three months internship at GAC R&D, GAC Engineering, in the NVH Department (Testing & Simulation).During the internship I had the opportunity to learn how to solve NVH problems, mainly using the Siemens LMS software. I also had the opportunity to take part into the collaboration between GAC and AVL (Engineering consultant).
