As a Senior Sales Administrator with a comprehensive understanding of company operations, I am especially focused on keeping top accounts healthy and growing by facilitating seamless inter-departmental collaboration. My journey from starting in a warehouse with boots on the ground to my current role has given me a holistic view of how a company runs, equipping me with unique insights and a broad skill set.In my career, I've played a pivotal role in expanding the ecommerce segment and coordinating multimillion-dollar rollouts to brick-and-mortar customers. I am highly proficient in Excel and have earned the Master Specialist certification in the Microsoft Office suite, allowing me to manage and analyze data effectively and build quality presentations that have been used to generate millions of dollars in sales. Additionally, my ongoing pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Information Assurance and Cyber Security further strengthens my technical expertise and understanding of modern cybersecurity challenges.Outside of the workplace, I am deeply committed to community service. I have served our homeless neighbors in the greater Seattle area through Seattle's Union Gospel Mission and held/hold leadership roles on the young adults, worship, and men's ministry teams at my church.
