After earning my Master of Education in Instructional Technology, I progressed through a series of roles that eventually led to serving as Director of Learning and Performance Strategy at Edward Jones.Some successes I’m most proud of include:TRANSFORMING PROGRAMS: I created and led the implementation of several blended learning experiences that improved our contact center onboarding and continuous development programs at both Coca-Cola Refreshments and Wayfair. We reduced time to proficiency for both customer service and sales reps during my time at Coca-Cola Refreshments.GLOBAL WORKDAY IMPLEMENTATION: In 4 months I built a team that developed blended training for 6 functional areas and nearly 300 associates globally in my role as Global Capability and Learning Lead. When we were ready to go live, 90% of those in the training felt confident they were armed with the necessary tools for success.SLASHING COST: By digitizing learning and developing virtual alternatives to antiquated models, I’ve consistently helped position a variety of organizations for success while reducing expenses.As a learning leader and organizational capability strategist, I support strong workplace learning cultures by providing a strategic approach to modern learning and program design.
