Thomas Metzger is the CEO of Lotto.com Inc., the first digital platform for ordering official state lottery draw and scratch games on both mobile and web based platforms. Since opening the Company’s Jersey City headquarters during the pandemic in June of 2020, Mr. Metzger has grown Lotto.com from four employees to over 190 nationwide. Lotto.com is now available in 11 states and rapidly expanding. Mr. Metzger previously served as Vice President of Lottery Development at Scientific Games (NASDAQ: SGMS) one of the largest lottery and gambling technology companies in the world. He reported to the Chairman & CEO, focusing on strategy, government relations, new revenue and international projects. He was the youngest VP in the history of Scientific Games and oversaw a team of 44 independent state lobbyists. His responsibilities also included creating and shaping industry legislation and responding to public procurements. Prior to that Mr. Metzger was Head of Corporate Development at Camelot Global Services, the international division of the operator of the UK National Lottery (now owned by Allwyn Entertainment). Prior to Camelot, Mr. Metzger was Director of Corporate Development at Scientific Games, where he oversaw Investor Relations and Public Relations in addition to leading several mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.Mr. Metzger started his career as an investment banking analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. Metzger holds a B.S. in Finance & International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is a member of Mensa and YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization).
