Curious? So am I.Throughout my career I have curiously been searching for the why. Why one way of doing something is better than another, why customers choose one product over another, why customers dismiss a product designed specifically for them, or why a process or organization sometimes work and other times fails.Professionally I am always passionate about my work and believe that without passion for what you do, you will never be able to deliver the right solution at the right time. I have a strong interest in understanding inter-team relations, organizational structure, as well as processes and always keep that in mind regardless of what task I am working on. I enjoy working in cross-functional teams where individuals offer their own expertise that they add to the combined capabilities of the team. This passion for being involved with all parts of an organization, from top management to developers, is what has led me to my current position. I enjoy the role of product management as the glue between everything else, and the true evangelist for the product perfection.I seek achievement in form of accomplishments of goals others may not consider goals at all. Knowing the difficult choices and hard tasks required to get a product from inception to launch and how a whole team came together to meet the goals. Or following a new process from design to implementation and all the way to the point where everyone involved is expressing their positive experiences with the new way of working.
