• In charge or stock replenishment, order management, inventory management, budgeting, international logistics, intercompany transfers.• Created 3 new warehouses in situ, including on-going min/max calculation process. Worked with the customers and the suppliers to optimize the forecasts and replenishment processes of the customers as well as our own.• Oversaw the creation of the business planning and forecasts with the sales team, actively participating in the business development strategies and negotiations.• Negotiated and gained the signature of a $22M annual contract with the two largest mine sites.• Built a scalable forecasting process, applicable to any line of product.• In charge of the pricing strategy of the company, accountable for the margins of the company.• Leadership: daily coaching, identified high potential staff, recruited and trained them. Implemented branch huddles to strengthen the morale of the team. Conducted annual interviews and performance reviews.• Created the KPI management tools and dashboard (more than 20 KPIs), integrated 5 years of previous data, to improve forecast, service efficiency; and reduced inventory levels by 25%.• Overhauled and oversaw the annual national inventory count, in partnership with the Finance Director.Mining Equipment Dealership and manufacturing (Caterpillar and other brands). I was managing 26 employees including 4 supervisors, annual sales of my department: $31M. 95% of the activity is related to 6 majors gold mining companies (Canadian, Russian, Irish). I identified opportunities for improvements in gaps and inefficiencies in our operations and sales strategies.
