Job Insights:- Effectively operated Micros POS terminals. - Reviewed and analyzed monthly/daily sales and P&L reports. - Financially managed daily food and beverage sales averaging $4,000. - Responsible for all invoice coding and item inventory. - Guided staff training and scheduling. - Directly responsible for a staff of 22 employees. - Ensured both kitchen and bar spaces were following health code regulations.
