About Tom Brescia

After graduating from Nazareth College in 2006, Tom began his career at Interstate Logistics in North Bergen NJ. He later joined UX Logistics where he helped grow the company to $115 million in annual revenue. XPO Logistics (NYSE:XPO) acquired UX Logistics for $59M in 2015. That same year, he set out to create a client focused last mile delivery company and co-founded NAL Group. NAL quickly became an industry leader in last mile logistics providing services to retailers like IKEA, Best Buy and Wayfair. In 2018, NAL Group accepted an investment from Graycliff Partners and with annual revenues exceeding $170 million was sold to CRST International in February 2020. Tom is actively involved in several charities throughout New Jersey but loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and their two boys.
