Started a new department, Delaware Testing Services, responsible for distributed technology testing, tools, automation, and environment management. Achievements include major time to market improvements in system testing, the introduction of automated testing and the creation of a large distributed test environment and management infrastructure to improve efficiencies regarding major software release activities at MBNA. This team now consists of over 65 individuals performing various functions regarding, testing, environment management, test management and test automation. Additionally, this team is responsible for testing, overall administration and management of test tools such as Quality Center, distributed environment management, scheduling, and support.
