Working as a PEGA Business Analyst on a complete CRM transformation project for Swedbank. Specifically my role is aligned to introducing and implementing an Omnichannel Next Best Action decisioning platform on the project. I worked on a multi year, multi project programme to deliver a new underwriting platform within Commercial Mid-Corporate division of Allianz.As a PEGA Business Analyst my key roles included:-Facilitation of workshops with subject matter experts to elicit requirements-Construction of Use Cases and Project specification Documents -Working with third parties in on and off shore teams-Supporting the elaboration phase

I joined Enterprise on their Graduate Management Training Programme as an intern between my second and third years of University. The programme involved working within an number of Enterprise branches, combining both on the job training and more classroom based training. Throughout the programme I worked in a number of branches in the Southampton/Oxford region, each branch posed a number of exciting opportunities to learn and develop my skills. The main daily responsibilities and tasks are detailed bellow. - Supervision and training of new graduate trainees - Management of teams work programmes in a constantly changing environment - Analysing the statistical performance of both the branch and individual staff - Liaising with corporate clients - Maintaining good relationships with colleagues at other branches - Effective resolution of customer complaints - Managing both retail hire customer as well as replacement insurance customers - Improving fleet maintenance and speed of repairs - Optimisation of fleet mix to ensure customers needs are met - Running morning meetings that review previous days sales and financial figures and goals for the day to achieve desired figures Working for Enterprise taught me how to independently manage a customer focused vehicle hire business and the need to put in the hours to deliver customer satisfaction and a healthy bottom line.
