As the initial technical hire for the WayBase platform, lead the development effort from the ground up and help build and mentor the team. WayBase gathered data and developed digital platforms that helped Christian charities work together and make a greater impact for good.

Promoted to company’s first Director of Technology as the team grew. Managed and mentored teams of three to five people, lead off-shore teams while working with other agencies, provided technology leadership (both client-side and internally), and continued to have a major role as the lead developer on many projects.

Worked as the full-stack, lead developer on the majority of projects. Working with brands such as Home Depot, Mondelēz, Kraft, Canada Dry Mott's, PepsiCo, Brookfield Properties, DirecTV, Sauce Labs, David Yurman, Town Shoes, Nature’s Path, Oxford Properties as well as working alongside other agencies such as Razorfish, BSTREET, INK, and TAXI.

Involved in many different areas of information technology, from network administration to the construction of content management systems. Mostly worked with small organizations.
