CurrentWhat do I do all day 👩🏻🎨? Together with the Executive Board and the Sr. Leadership Team, I look at where the Haufe Group wants to develop strategically and which people topics are relevant for that. And then I get involved in those topics. Sometimes in a supporting role, e.g. when areas are being developed, sometimes with full responsibility as a project lead, when topics are being rethought and set up. Current focus areas#1: Diversity Mgmt.- in development phase...#2: Culture & Leadership"Development and introduction of our new leadership guidelines / our new leadership attitude"- Organization of an event with all Haufe Group managers (350 people - national & international), to introduce the new Haufe Group leadership mindset o Co-designing the agenda and the participation formats o Close coordination with the management, the external consultants, the design agency and the moderators of the event o Coordination and briefing of top management as key stakeholders- Preparation and moderation of several top management workshops to follow up on the topic #3: Projekt Lead New Work @Haufe Group "Shaping the working world of tomorrow at the Haufe Group" • Leading the cross-functional project team • Designing the future work mode = development of an internal cross-national working model • Coordinating and collaborating with external partners such as trainers, experts and consultants • Based on the new defined working model, developing the future campus location at the Freiburg site• Developing and tracking lessons learned to optimize future projects
