I work to ensure that all small to medium companies in Denver are receiving the best IT Support that they can; either by confirming that what they currently have meets their needs or to help educate on the services Analytics provides that ensures technology supports their business goals. I put an emphasis on backup and network security for any company I meet. This provides a solid foundation for Analytics to develop a solid Truly Managed IT support plan that best fits their needs. I spend my days meeting with prospective new clients, coming to understand how their company works and how it aligns with Analytics’ offerings. If the prospective client already has good IT that’s perfectly fine! My goal is never to be a “high pressure sales” type person but to be a resource that they can leverage in whatever manner best helps their company.Skills Include:- Productive face to face meetings- Bridge the gap between “tech speak” and layman’s terms- Make 100% sure that what is promised is delivered- Leveraging my network of contacts to support clients, and introducing strategic partners- Exploring new technologies, for Analytics and for our clients- Deep understanding of business technology- Sometimes get into the technical “weeds” to best understand what troubles a client has- Time management- Finding and pricing most effective solution that fits the actual needs of a client; don’t buy a Cadillac if you just need to get across the street- Educating clients about the pros and cons of particular technology choices
