After the sale I also provide them with options on protecting their purchase with extended warranty and cosmetic protection plans. After delivery of the vehicle, service the sale to ensure that the guests are 100% satisfied and maintain a relationship with them to create a Guest Forever!

Took my experience in the detailing field and used it to lead a team of detailing professionals to deliver the best service to all of our clients. Developed processes for interior and exterior detailing practices and also developed a method to train employees on the skills required. Used management skills in order to make exceptional use of time, and also carried out training of newer hires on the basics and advanced skills of detailing and how to use our detailing processes.
