The Illinois Conference Center hosts hundreds of events each year, ranging from weddings in big ballrooms to small meetings and retreats. My job is to make sure each event goes as smoothly as possible and that all our clients needs are met. I gather information from the point of contact to establish a floorplan and agenda for their day at the conference center, while also assisting them during the day of their event. I work closely with catering managers from University Catering, I Hotel managers, outside vendors, and our own team of event specialists, audio-visual technicians and conference attendants.If you’d like to rent a room or are curious about the conference center, contact me!

The eXtreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) is an National Science Foundation-funded project, which enables researchers and scientists to use high-performance computing resources through one consistent interface. I'm the primary contact for the External Relations (E.R.) team for XSEDE, utilizing all forms of communications to tell the world about science being performed on XSEDE resources.

I am the primary contact for all media relations with the Idaho Stampede, as well as the writer and editor of everything on IdahoStampede.com, our Facebook page and Twitter handle, write all of our team and organization press releases (basketball, corporate and otherwise), as well as produce a newsletter that is seen by season ticket holders, fans, owners and media. In addition to these PR aspects, I coordinate and manage all community outreach done by our team.

Wrote and edited team game notes, feature stories on team website and in game program, along with team media guide. Assisted in community events and aided in all media relations.
