Fiduciary duty is generally considered to be the highest legal duty that one party can have to another. We are completely unbiased and autonomous. The company has no ties or special arrangements for compensation with any outside firms.We seek to utilize active investment techniques to dynamically adapt to current market conditions. This is in contrast to the buy and hold mentality. We let the market tell us what it IS doing and adapt, versus forcing Modern Portfolio Theory techniques that rebalance once a year. MPT is of little help when all asset classes are in decline. In other words, we seek to adapt now, not someday.
